A Very Sad Day In Indiana

Posted by on June, 25 2009 | 1 Comments

Thom Ohpof is a well known car guy around the westside of Indy.He operates a rod shop in Brownsburg Indiana called Godspeed. Many of you will also know that Thom puts on the Blanket Run every December. Thom and his two children were at the Road Rocket Rumble this past weekend.

Thom Ophof's daughter, Kristian, was killed on June 24th in a two car accident in the 2400 block of Raceway Rd. She was a senior at Brownsburg High.

No parent expects to lose a child, and the Ophof family is no exception. Kristian was taken from her family unexpectedly. The Ophof family was not prepared financially to deal with the devastating funeral expenses.

Please reach into your hearts and give what you can to help this family in their time of need. To make a contribution to the Kristian Ophof Memorial Fund please contact Pastor Shelby Smith, Youth pastor at Hope Community Church. 317.833.2723

To Kristian's Family,

Whatever soothes your spirit, comforts your soul and brings you peace ... that is what you're wished at this sad time. You are in our prayers here at Still Runnin Magazine.

Somethings we will never understand why?
Kristian, you are so young and beautiful,
