How about this diamond in the rough?
It is a 1971 GMC cab over rollback wrecker.
The truck needs carburetor and transmission work,
but the big V6 mill is said to run well.
The interior is in decent shape and the bed is in excellent condition.
All of the hydraulics work well, including the rear carrier.
The asking price is $2,000.
I can think of at least four times in as many months that I could have used this truck on my own stuff, let alone those backyard finds that all of us gearheads run across.
Not to mention when is the last time you saw one of these cab overs?
